岩手県釜石市の柏木さんが作られた まけないぞうの ”かしわ子”ちゃん Ｑさんと共に、アメリカ東部 ロードアイランド州 プロヴィデンスの州議事堂前にやってきました。

Makenaizou whose name is Kashiwako-chan made by Mr. Kashiwagi in Kamaishi City of Iwate Prefecture took a short trip to Providence, Rhode Island with Q-san.
Kashiwako-chan is saying “cheese” at the State Capital of Rhode Island!
